will improve the indoor air quality (I.A.Q.) and make it more
enjoyable to use. As in fashion, music and art, there's a return to
tried and true traditional methods of cleaning and staying
healthly:
1.
Eliminate first and second-hand tobacco smoke from your home.
2.
Use natural cleaning products for every surface of your home. Look
for cleaners that are chemical free (no ammonias, no chlorine
bleach, etc..), perfume-free and dye-free. Tips: To disinfect,
use vinegar and lemon juice; To
scour, use baking soda.
